Routine service visit. When scheduling, the rep on the phone was a pain to deal with and seemed totally uninformed about the Service Department. The Service Department itself seemed well managed and the service rep was polite, efficient, and meticulous when explaining what would take place. I've used this service for all of my Mazda care.
