Justin was helpful and had a very relaxed demeanor. We never felt pressured and Justin did everything he could to help us with any questions we had.
Overall, I got a car that makes me satisfied. I got a 2017 Toyota Corolla at this Mazda retailer, but to be honest, they detailed the car pretty well, including smell, hail damage, and interior. Shout out to my seller Mark, he was nice and willing to meet all my needs and tried his best to introduce the Corolla to me even if he sells Mazda. I'd say it felt weird to buy a Toyota at a Mazda dealer, so I have to look up everything about it before I went down there, but folks here are really helpful. I noticed that coolant tank was empty and they filled it immediately. And Clinton is helpful to explain all the financing things. I love this purchase and I think they are professional. If you want to buy a Mazda, don't hesitate; if you want something else, they can help you as well, and I suggest you do some little homework beforehead. Thanks Mark again.

Dalton was great and very helpful! The process went very smoothly. I would like to mention that I do greatly appreciate them not wanting to check my credit history prior to agreeing to the sale. I know this can sometimes result in lost time on the salesmen or dealers part but for me I appreciate my credit not taking a hit until I've agreed to a deal. I also appreciate their more realistic and fairly priced doc and processing fee. Some dealerships will charge up to $600 for this which is a little outrageous. So far I'm very pleased with my CX-5!
