I'm not going to lie I was very reluctant to go into this dealership due to problems at other dealerships. Tom Karros, Gabriel Tucker and Clinton Stover are the dream team! Seriously, Every question and concerns I had they answered it honestly! They got me out of my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze into a 2018 Mazda 3 Touring that I absolutely love!!!

Tom Kock was my salesmen and he was great. I went in the first time about 6 months before I was ready for a new car, I wanted to sit in the potential SUVs to see if the seats were comfortable. He is the only one at all the different brand dealerships that sat with me and talked about the vehicle without pressuring me to buy now. Mazda CX-5 seats are comfortable and I love the look and options you get. I knew that was the vehicle I wanted when it was time so I saved his card, which I normally don’t do. Buying a car is always such a pain but he was great. I will say that once you go to the finance guy it gets annoying. I know it’s his job to try to sell you on the warranties but we told that guy like 5-6 times we were not interested and he kept pushing, but at least the salesman was great so I didn’t have to deal with all pushers. If Tom hadn’t been so great I would have gone somewhere else. I think first impressions are important and he did a great job for Mazda. His boss was a bit intense and pushy but we only had to deal with him for a few minutes. Thanks Tom! I LOVE my CX-5!

They were quick to set an appointment. Friendly, when we picked up our car it smelt like cigarettes. We complained, the service manager discounted our fee and apologized. Gave an explanation we accepted the explanation. We will go back as we felt valued by the service department.
