I mostly dealt with Ahmond, the GSM, who made my experience wonderful. He helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted and the price was perfect! Coming from Kansas, I was a bit skeptical, but the employees at Bob Moore Mazda were fair and professional. I highly suggest buying your vehicle from here! (especially Ahmond who was incredible with everything)

I traveled from out-of-town to buy a vehicle and the customer service prior to arriving as well as during my visit was great; they even picked me up from the airport.However, they lost 2 stars (I'll explain) due to the car being sold with wheel nuts not fully tightened, creating a safety issue. Also, not enough coolant in the vehicle. Other small details were my responsibility to check and I did not (1 missing floor mat, 1 key only, 1 front fender trim piece missing) when purchasing AS-IS so I cannot blame them for that.I was able to safely resolve the car issue at another auto shop and when reported back to this dealership, they are reimbursing me for coolant and a 4-way lug nut wrench (they had multiple sized nuts on 7/20 positions) which were purchased for safety on my drive. They also send the replacement lug nuts to me at no charge. For their diligence in admitting their fault and wanting to make sure it doesn't happen again, I gave them back 1 star.TL;DR Had issues, they owned up to them, would do business with again but I would be more diligent.

My 2000 Honda Civic needed a repair which was more than I would get if someone manged to hit me and insurance totaled the car. A BMW Z4 became my dream car when I drove s stripped down version a couple of years ago, but what I wanted wasn't within my price range, so a friend of mine suggested I test drive a Miata since I was adamant that I wanted a convertible with a manual transmission. I decided to test drive a used 2017 and was wowed by how awesome it handled even if it didn't quite have all the features I wanted. Then I saw the brand new 2018 on the Bob Moore Mazda website for a brand new 2018 that wasn't a whole lot more. Terry showed me all the bells and whistles, and we took it out on for a spin on a nice curvy road, and I was in heaven. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile, Terry in particular. I haven't enjoyed driving this much since I got my driver's license more than 4 decades ago. Great car from a great dealer.

I've been visiting Bob Moore Mazda for almost three years now. They are always timely, polite, and upfront about pricing. The staff is friendly and eager to help. There's always been a Loaner car handy for longer repairs. I recommend them for regular maintenance and repairs. Leaving my Mazda car with individuals that have Mazda brand specific certifications is my preferred method of doing business though.
