Absolute trash dealership! Responsive salesperson, Parker. I wish I would have been alerted to the fact the following day would have been a better deal on financing as it was published the following morning however when I contacted Parker he directed us to management which made that happen for us and amended the contract; finance dept was quick to resolve. Kenneth was a great salesperson. Kind, funny, helpful, intuitive. We don't like a heavy sell and he seemed to get that from the jump. Just answered our questions and then once we committed to the sale gave us all the details about the car we could ever need or want.

Dale and the Bob Moore team did an excellent job for me. I just bought a 2022 Mazda CX-9 that was certified pre-owned. I paid a very fair price for it compared to what several online sites indicated the car could sell for. The detail team missed a few spots, and Dale took it upon himself to touch up those areas, so it was looking great when I drove it off the lot. This is my third Mazda vehicle in a row (Zoom Zoom!!) and the second that I have purchased from Bob Moore. Highly recommend them and Dale.

We'd been shopping online and were getting frustrated with all the internet prices which looked good, only to find there were dealership "fees", "advantage programs", and/or significant cost add-ons if not using dealership financing. The salesman was good and they came to me with a good deal. Their finance dept is poor. They did not let me to know pricing on all the extra add ones. It cost me 47700 . I have tried to call but nobody will call me back. I may have bought a couple services but I never new . She just told me to sign , sign , sign. I want to drop some of the add on’s..
