2025 Mazda CX-70 PHEV for Sale at Bob Moore Mazda OKC

The 2025 Mazda CX-70 made its debut earlier this year, slotting in between the two-row CX-50 and three-row CX-90. The CX-70 is larger than the CX-50, offering generous cargo space in the rear but not offering the third row you’ll find in the CX-90. The CX-70 is available with either a gas powertrain or a Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) powertrain, which we’ll break down here! The CX-70 PHEV features a potent powertrain, a luxurious cabin, and plenty of technology to elevate every drive. Our inventory of the CX-70s just hit the lot and is itching to be taken for a test drive. Visit us to explore Mazda’s newest Hybrid SUV today.

2025 CX-70 PHEV Performance

The mid-size CX-70 PHEV draws power from a 2.5L engine and a 68 kW electric motor that combine to make 323 horses and 369 lb-ft of torque. The powertrain is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive. While not the quickest SUV on the market, it turns in a respectable 5.9 second 0-60 time. The Mazda CX-70 electric range tops out at 26 miles, allowing you to run errands around town without using a drop of gas. When the engine does start sipping on gas, you can expect to get 24 MPG in the city and 27 MPG on the highway. If you look at the Mazda CX-70 PHEV total range, you’ll get 490 miles of range. The electric motor draws power from a 17.8-kWh battery back that charges from 20% to 80%  in about 90 minutes when on a 240-volt charger.
